An Absolute Joke of a Company

Never received my order, after weeks of trying to get in contact I finally received a response offering to refund me. Since then I have received no refund and no communication. The blatant lack of customer service with this company is atrocious. I have made a report to the consumer protection commission.

BEWARE - they don't stick to their own terms and conditions

On the 6th April I placed an order for 2 items however I found the items locally so decided to send an email on the 7th April cancelling the order. On the Justmylook website it states that "You have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not yet been dispatched."
I awaited a response.
On the 10th April I received a message to say my items had been dispatched. I again contacted Justmylook and asked why my order had not been cancelled.
I finally got a reply on 13th April stating, "Apologies that on this occasion, we were not able to cancel your order before dispatch."
I have offered to return the items however each time I am told that they will not pay the postage for this.
As far as I'm concerned I followed the procedure on how to cancel an order. I gave them 3 days notice of cancellation before they dispatched my parcel which I feel is more than adequate. As they chose to ignore my email for 6 days and send the items anyway, I consider this to be their error not mine. I did cancel before the items were dispatched so according to their terms I am entitled to a full refund.

They sent to wrong address

This company are awful. They used a default address on my Apple Pay rather than the address I live at and now I don't have my order. Customer service shocking.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a package months ago, paid for 24hr delivery, literally 3 weeks later and it wasn't dispatched, opened a PayPal dispute and it was IMMEDIATELY dispatched (or so my email says)- this proves that they're either incompetent or just plain lazy. It's now been over two months and I still don't have my order. I paid over £100 and it's nowhere to be found. I've sent multiple emails, DM's and comments on Instagram, I get ignored and my polite comments asking why it's been months and I have no items just get deleted. So now I'm not being polite and I'm saying avoid like the plague. Do not give this company your money. They do NOT deserve it and there's a good chance you will not get what you ordered. If you don't believe me, look at their Instagram comments before you order. See how many ignored comments from so many different people say "where is my order?" Or "I got the wrong items". Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Avoid! Faulty and no return - forcing faulty products on customers!

My dad bought me GHD straighteners from this company. The GHDs did not adequately heat up (they never did a beep to say they were hot enough either). After ages of Just My Look not responding to his email, my dad sent them back and as they took ages to respond ordered me a new pair directly from GHD website which work perfectly. They are now saying he has fraudulently returned them and have decided to ship them back to us and force them on us? We are just going to refuse delivery and fight this on PayPal or in the courts if we have to. AVOID!

Avoid At All Costs

Do not buy from Just My Look. If your order is faulty or you just want a refund, they will make up whatever they want to get out of refunding money. They do this time and time again and do not refund money - it appears to be their business model. They are unprofessional and dishonest. Report them to Trading Standards as retailers like this should not be allowed to sell to the public.

Sent wrong product / wouldn't refund

Sent me the wrong order then tried to get me to return it before issuing a new one, when I am shielding and cannot go to the post office. Absolute criminals and Paypal will decide.

Do not use

I ordered a hair product from Just My Look and they sent out the wrong product! I contacted them to ask if they could send me out the right product and issue a refund which they refused to do! They have said i cant return it as i have used it which i havent and never said i had! I WILL be returning it and if i dont get a refund it wont be the last they hear of it. Yes it didnt cost much but their snooty arguementive replies havent done them any favours. I would have been happy with a refund or sending me the correct item which i still need Do NOT use them

Company that steals from its customers

Company that steals from its customers. Absolutely dreadful company. I purchased two bottles of shampoo from them a while back, but they were the wrong products. After many emails with the company, who refused to believe that they were the wrong products, they eventually suggested I send back the products in order for them to send me the correct items. I did as instructed, and then they claimed never to receive the returned products. So I lost my money, and never received any products. After complaining to the company multiple times, they did not help me at all. They stole my money and shouldn't be in business.

They never sent out my item then they refused to give me a refund had to open a dispute with my bank.

Need Customer Services to contact me urgently

Placed order with JML details attached couldn't obtain a delivery date so requested order to be cancelled. JML claimed they have no reference of my order. Parcel now delivered in JML branded packaging see pictures attached, but delivered too late. Requested customer to advice how I return this item and still no reply! Absolutely awful customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible service

Do not order from this company. I ordered Spacemasks from them they sent me the wrong product, I contacted them, they told me to send back the wrong product and then they would send my Spacemasks. I sent back the wrong product but still have not received the Spacemasks, they now say I need to send proof of postage. Their customer care is nonexistent.
